Where is everyone Wednesday?

Am I really starting this thread today?  LOL!

Okay, so I went out and scanned and I guess this really is the beginning of the how areya today thread!

How is everyone today?

The heat index is supposed to be up around 100 today so it's a good thing we're going to the beach with our grandson!  I think we won't stay more than two hours, though, because I don't want any of us to fry.

Hi Irish and those yet to post,

You are lucky you are near a beach.  I have a pool but didn't open it up so far this year.  It almost seems to late to do it.  I don't know, sometimes I procrastinate too long.

This morning I am going to meet one of my cousins for breakfast.  Haven't seen her in awhile.  Looking forward to it.

Carla did you say you were in Florida?  I would love to meet.  I am not driving down there, my father in-law is.  Maybe he would let me use the van for awhile.  Have to see.  It would be nice to have a friend there.

SO much going on here but too drained to write about it.

I hate hump day.  I really do.

Been busy working on my stepdaughter and SIL's new house. I'll be glad when they can finally move it. Hopefully this weekend????? I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Nothing new going on with me. I'm boring today! LOL

Just a quick fly by to check in with everyone. Too much to do today. I have meetings in Minneapolis/St Paul all day tomorrow. I have to leave home at 6:00 AM and won't be home until about 7:00 PM.....UGH!!!!!  I hate days like that....boring!!

So far this morning I am wandering through the house and accomplishing nothing.

Yesterday I accompanied Marcy to a new dietitian. The information was overwhelming but very good. Marcy can fill in the details if she wants.

Today I want to find the 3 published books by the dietitian. She really knows about nutrition for the general population and bariatric people.
